KEEP (KIDNEY EARLY EVALUATION PROGRAM)

The National Kidney Foundation of Connecticut and The Hispanic Center of Greater Danbury, invite everyone 18 years old and older to participate in this program. On Saturday, August 23th, 2008 you will have the opportunity to have your blood pressure, weight, medical check up and urinary exam done at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, located at 29 Golden Hill Rd, Danbury, CT. Please attend between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Starting July 1st, 2008; the Hispanic Center of Greater Danbury and Aids Project will be providing informationand counseling on HIV and STDs (including testing), every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
